Solo 2 — Now Hiring
4 days on, 4 days off — relay with a truck partner.
You drive solo — no co-driver in the cab. While you complete the active four-day rotation, your truck partner is on scheduled time off. You then switch, so the truck stays in operation while each driver follows a predictable four-on, four-off schedule.
Sample rotation schedule
| Day 1 | Day 2 | Day 3 | Day 4 | Day 5 | Day 6 | Day 7 | Day 8 | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| You | On | On | On | On | Off | Off | Off | Off |
| Truck partner | Off | Off | Off | Off | On | On | On | On |
You and your truck partner run opposite days, so the truck stays on the road all week.
Your truck partner runs the opposite days, so the truck stays moving every day of the week.
A predictable rotation gives you something every professional driver deserves — the ability to plan life outside the truck.
Solo 2 May Be a Good Fit For Drivers Who:
Solo 1
Coming SoonHome every night.
Solo 1 is designed around a single driving block completed within one operating day. Drivers complete their assigned route, including required inspections and breaks, and return home after the block rather than remaining on a multi-day tour.
Each block is approximately 14 hours from start to finish.
The remaining time is a buffer for pre-trip and post-trip inspections, required breaks and other non-driving duties.
The operation may run up to six blocks per tractor each week, with staggered start times across trucks.
Sample weekly schedule
| Day 1 | Day 2 | Day 3 | Day 4 | Day 5 | Day 6 | Day 7 | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Truck 1 | On | On | On | On | On | On | Off |
| Truck 2 | On | On | On | On | On | On | Off |
